Here for you

Reaching out for help is a sign of strength.

There are times when we all struggle and need a little support.

Talking to an objective person who has no agenda of their own can help us in so many ways.

Often a trained, non-judgemental and objective ear can help us to order our thoughts and challenge ingrained patterns of behaviour, allowing us to manage uncomfortable emotions.

We aim to provide a warm and caring environment in which you can feel safe to explore any issues promoting a greater sense of self awareness.

Our experienced counsellors will help you understand present behaviours and emotions, helping to promote a healthier emotional wellbeing.

We are….

  • Fully qualified Psychodynamic Counsellors and accredited members of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and therefore adhere to strict ethical standards of practice.

  • Experienced in working with adults, young people and children from the age of 11 years.
